Carroll nips New Haven in boys sectional soccer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Boys soccer sectional play continued on Tuesday night with 3A no. 5 Carroll and edging New Haven 1-0 at Spuller Stadium as the Chargers advance to the sectional semifinals.

Boston Stansifer recorded a shutout in goal for the Chargers, while Zackary Demetriou tallied the lone goal of the match in the 17th minute.
