47-year-old man dies in Warwick barn fire
WARWICK – A 47-year-old Pine Island man was killed in a barn fire on Amity Road in Warwick on Tuesday. The fire was reported at about 11:34 a.m. and when first responders arrived at the scene, the barn was fully engulfed in flames. The unidentified victim was severely burned and pronounced dead at the scene. The Pine Island Fire Department extinguished the fire with the assistance of the Slate Hill, Vernon, N.J., Florida, Warwick, and Unionville Fire Departments.
