Liberty Lake Police searching for runaway 17-year-old boy
LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — Police are looking for a runaway teen from Liberty Lake that went missing about a week ago. The Liberty Lake Police Department is asking for any information about 17-year-old Javier Seaman-Buckenberger, who ran away. He was last seen by his mom on July 7 around 7:08 p.m. wearing a red shirt, blue shorts with "USA" on the side, black socks and shoes.
