Ottumwa's Legacy Foundation adds to their $5.5 Million Dollars given through their Bright Ideas Fund
OTTUMWA, Iowa (KYOU) - Most recently, four of Ottumwa’s nonprofit organizations have received grants from the Legacy Foundation’s Bright Ideas Enrichment Fund. This fund has been around since 2011 for the purpose of improving the quality of life in Ottumwa and Wapello County by contributing to the organizations that impact the community.
