EL RENO, Okla. — Oklahoma students are about one month away from returning to classrooms, and that means many families are taking their annual back-to-school shopping trips. New detention rates approved by Oklahoma Board of Juvenile Affairs
OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Board of Juvenile Affairs approved raising detention rates as much as $47 a day at a board meeting Tuesday.
