CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A brewery on Cincinnati's Northside has filed a federal lawsuit against Pennsylvania's Liquor Control Board over restrictions regarding online beer sales. Urban Artifact has been distributing its fruit-flavored beer to customers online across several states since it opened nine years ago, but the company is facing some issues when it comes to selling in Pennsylvania. Urban Artifact first encountered the problem when it was interested in expanding its monthly and quarterly club membership cases to PA customers.
