During these clinics, additional nursing staff will be available to provide required immunizations so that parents and guardians can complete the process quickly and efficiently. If parents and guardians have copies of their child’s immunization records, they should bring them to the clinic, officials said. Mississippi requires immunizations for first-time school entry and seventh-grade entry. Parents and guardians must provide schools with a Certificate of Immunization Compliance (Form 121) before entry.

The Warren County Health Department’s walk-in days will be held July 27 and Aug. 3, from 8 a.m. until noon. The Warren County Health Department is located at 807 Monroe St.
