Poughkeepsie man who traveled to Warren County for sex with child heads to prison
A Poughkeepsie man was sentenced on Thursday to 15 years in prison for traveling to Warren County to meet up with who he thought was an 11-year-old girl. Aaron W. Scott had previously admitted that between April 1, 2022 and June 14, 2022, he sent sexually explicit messages to someone he believed was a girl. He then traveled to the area to meet the person, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Summer Youth Employment Program to provide children free lunches
