On the tail of a midsummer noon, Boston streets saw the close of a chapter as law enforcement closed in on a figure who had climbed their list of priorities. Ahmed Ibrahim, a 33-year-old Boston resident, was apprehended by officers assigned to District C-6 (South Boston), a detail made public by the Boston Police Department.
