    WARREN, NJ --The Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission and Warren Township remind you to report animal bites. Because warm blooded animals such as cats, dogs, bats, raccoons, foxes, and other wildlife can carry and transmit rabies, animal bites must be reported immediately.
