    Sentencing date set for man accused in deadly fire

    WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – We now know when the second defendant who pleaded guilty to charges related to a fire that took the life of a Warren teenager will learn his punishment.

    A sentencing hearing for Brendan Daviduk has been scheduled for July 24.

    Daviduk pleaded guilty in June to charges including aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, and aggravated arson in connection to the January 2023 fire on Nevada Avenue NW that killed Chassidy Broadstone.

    Daviduk is facing a prison sentence of 32 years to life.
