On Feb. 25, around 12:30 a.m., the victim arranged to meet with the one of the suspects at 25th and L streets in Northwest D.C. to sell shoes. They had set up the exchange over social media.

When the victim arrived, the suspects got out of a car and took out guns and forced the victim into the car. They then drove the victim to his house in McLean, Va., and took his money and personal property.

Then, MPD said the victim was driven to District Heights, Md. where the suspects ran from the scene.

The case was still being investigated with the help of the Arlington County Police Department, Fairfax County Police Department, Prince George’s County Police Department and the FBI.
