The Washington Capitals have another representative at Worlds, as goaltender Charlie Lindgren has officially reached Prague to join Team USA.

Lindgren was on the ice for practice on Monday, marking the first time he's skated since the 2023-24 NHL campaign ended.

The 30-year-old originally turned down the invitation to play at Worlds, but changed his mind amid an injury to Alex Lyon.

Lindgren is coming off a career year with the Capitals, where he played in 50 games and stole the No. 1 job from Darcy Kuemper. He boasted a .911 save percentage and 2.67 GAA, and also led the league with six shutouts.

Capitals prospect Ryan Leonard is also on Team USA, though he has been a healthy scratch of late.

The United States is back in action on Tuesday, when they take on Latvia.
