    MPD looking for suspects involved in theft in Northwest DC

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is asking for the community’s help in identifying a person suspected of stealing items from a store in Northwest D.C. on Tuesday afternoon.

    MPD said that at about 4:10 p.m., the suspects entered a store in the 1000 block of F St., took items, and left the store without paying.

    Anyone with information is encouraged to call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.

    MPD currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a crime committed in the District of Columbia.
