Makes one, to stay or go

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Aperol
• .5 oz mezcal, preferably Montelobos
• .5 oz lemon juice
• 3 oz cava or sparkling wine

Directions:

Fill an extra-large coupe with ice and add the first three ingredients, topping with bubbly. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and optional zest from political drama.
