The Lafayette Police Department Narcotics Unit, in conjunction with the Lafayette Police Department SWAT Team, served a search warrant in the 300 block of Guilbeau Road on Tuesday, July 16. As a result, officers recovered over 12 pounds of high-grade Marijuana (DEA street value of $110,190), 713 milliliters of Promethazine/Codeine (DEA street value of $1,426), assorted drug paraphernalia, an AK47 rifle, three AR15 style pistols, and three handguns.
