PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Two people are facing charges after deputies in one Eastern Carolina county say a teenager was raped. Pitt County deputies say 34-year-old Matthew Mills, of Grimesland, was arrested Sunday for statutory rape of a child 15 years old or younger and statutory sex offense with a child 15 years old or younger.
