Shooting Incident at Econo Lodge Motel in Pryor Ends in Tragedy
PRYOR, Oklahoma ~ Last night, at approximately 9:39 PM, Pryor Creek Police Officers were dispatched to the Econo Lodge Motel on the south side of Pryor Creek in response to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found a male victim outside a motel room with two gunshot wounds to his upper body. The suspect had fled the scene before the officers arrived, but eyewitnesses provided a description of the suspect's vehicle.

Rising sustained a left knee injury in their Rose Bowl loss to Penn State, missing all of 2023. His 2022 season was an indicator of what could be this season, starting in 13 games and throwing for 3,034 yards and 26 touchdowns, while rushing for another six touchdowns.
