Robert F. Kennedy Jr .'s sister is campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris not even a week after her brother endorsed former President Donald Trump .

Kerry Kennedy was in Arizona on Tuesday to attend a small meet-and-greet with a group of Republicans who are supporting Harris’s campaign. In Arizona, dozens of Republican officials who align themselves more with former Sen. John McCain as opposed to Trump have voiced their support for Harris this election.

“I love Bobby,” she told the Arizona Republic. “But I think this is dramatically misguided. And I think it tramples on my father’s and my uncles’ and aunts’ reputations and their vision.”

In her interview, Kerry Kennedy said the presidential election represented choices of “opportunity” from Harris and “anger” by Trump. In her criticism of Trump, she described rage, chaos, racism, and his 34 felony indictments. She pointed to Trump’s “hatred of immigrants” and “his rage at ordinary Americans who are struggling in this country.”

She said there were “stark choices” this November. Kerry Kennedy campaigned for President Joe Biden earlier this year.

Her visit to Arizona comes just days after her brother announced he would be suspending his presidential campaign in Phoenix. There, he attended a campaign stop for Trump and voiced his support of the former president.

Following her brother’s endorsement of the former president, Kerry Kennedy and four other members of the Kennedy family released a statement calling their brother’s endorsement of Trump a “betrayal.”

“We believe in Harris and Walz. Our brother Bobby’s decision to endorse Trump today is a betrayal of the values that our father and our family hold most dear,” five members of the Kennedy family said in a statement.

Kerry Kennedy was scheduled to speak at multiple undisclosed events in Phoenix alongside organized labor leader Dolores Huerta, who helped mobilize Latinos with Robert F. Kennedy Sr.’s presidential campaign in 1968, according to the Arizona Republic. Earlier this week, she touched on what she believed her father would think of Kennedy Jr.’s endorsement of Trump.

“I think that he would be terribly disappointed, and in the end, I imagine he would want to wrap his arms around Bobby and love him and say, ‘Everything’s OK. You know you are loved just for who you are,'” Kerry Kennedy said on SiriusXM .

“‘You don’t need power; you don’t need clapping hands. You just need to know that God made you in his image,'” she continued.
