Former President Donald Trump stopped by a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania to load french fries behind the counter, making him the first presidential candidate to work at the fast food joint.
Footage of Trump loading fries into the iconic boxes was shared online by the Trump campaign on Sunday afternoon. The campaign also shared footage of him taking off his suit jacket and donning a yellow and gray apron.

October 20, 2024 While getting his apron on, Trump was asked what his favorite McDonald’s order is, prompting him to respond, “I like it all; I like every ounce of it.”
Trump’s campaign also posted footage of him working the drive-thru, passing out orders to customers, and shaking their hands. The former president could be heard saying, “This is fun,” adding that he “might come back” to work the shift again.

October 20, 2024 The former president's visit is a jab at Vice President Kamala Harris 's claims that she worked at McDonald's when she was younger. On Truth Social, Trump wrote that he checked with the restaurant chain and claimed that the chain can “definitively” say she never worked for the fast food chain.

Beyond working at McDonald’s, Trump’s visit to Pennsylvania, which is arguably the most sought-after state in the Electoral College, will also include attending Sunday night's game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Jets. Trump's visit was confirmed by Steelers spokesman Burt Lauten, who wrote on X that the team is working with Secret Service and local authorities to ensure the safety of all those in attendance.
