    London Police: Missing man located

    LONDON, Ky. (WATE) — Police in London, Kentucky have found a man who was reported missing.

    According to London Police, Jerry J. Stewart, 60, was located at 11:57 p.m. after he was last seen around 2:30 Friday afternoon.

    Stewart is 6′ tall and weighs around 200 pounds. He has grey hair and blue eyes, and when he was last seen, he had a longer beard and was wearing a ball cap.

    London Police said Stewart recently suffered a stroke and is in the early stages of dementia. While he is mostly non-verbal, he can say a handful of words, London Police added. They also shared that Stewart had a two-day-old bus ticket to Knoxville and may have tried to travel there.

    Anyone who has information on where Stewart may be is asked to contact the London-Laurel County 911 Center at 606-878-7000 or local law enforcement.
