    Brentwood beats Catholic with big second half

    KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Brentwood Academy led 21-13 at the break, but the Eagles outscored Catholic 42-13 in the second half to take home the 63-26 win.

    Catholic opened up the scoring Tyreek King reeled in a quick pass that he took 80 yards to the house.

    Brentwood answered quickly with an 80-yard touchdown pass of their own. Vol commit George MacIntyre unleashed a laser to Kesean Bowman for the score. The Eagles took their first lead of the game late in the first quarter when Arzek Fontenot sliced outside for the short four-yard score.

    After a Catholic field goal, Neo Clifton returned the kick 98 yards to give the Eagles a 21-13 lead at the half.

    The floodgates opened for Brentwood in the second half. Larry Sanders found the end zone twice. MacIntyre also threw a dart on the run to Wilkes Eaton.

    MacIntyre finished the night with 225 yards through the air and two touchdowns.
