According to police, around 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 13, shots were fired from the vehicle in the area of Lakeside Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, and a 41-year-old man who was outside of his home at the time was struck in the leg. KPD said the man’s injuries were non-life-threatening.
