You will be responsible to coordinate all aspects of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Service Pro Restoration is seeking someone with solid project management experience. This person should have experience in the construction or restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and multitask in an environment that is fast-paced.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for:

- Coordinating the entire project, including personnel, equipment, materials and schedules

- Ensure all work is completed in the timeframe and within the budget of the project

The following qualifications are needed for the position of project coordinator:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a Related Field

- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Coordinating, Preferably within the Construction or Restoration Industry

- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities

- Ability of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast paced environment

- Experience and knowledge of project management software and tools

- Experience with budgeting and scheduling
