A Des Moines police officer apprehended a suspect wanted in connection with a Seattle homicide after a vehicle chase and brief foot pursuit on Monday evening, June 24, 2024. Police said that at around 7 p.m., the officer spotted a stolen vehicle linked to a homicide that occurred in Seattle on June 16. The vehicle was parked at a business in the 22600 block of Pacific Highway South (map below).
