OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Very warm and humid conditions remain in place across the area for most of Saturday. A few clouds bubbling up in the afternoon helped to keep temperatures from getting too hot, with most areas topping out in the upper 80s to around 90 degrees. However, with the humidity, heat index readings were between 93 and 95 degrees for the late afternoon and early evening. Clouds should thin this evening, with temperatures remain in the mid and upper 80s through late evening. Mainly clear skies, mild temperatures, and humid conditions can be expected overnight as lows dip into the lower 70s after Midnight.
