WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – The Watertown Rapids long-awaited home return will have to wait just a little bit longer.

Monday night’s Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League matchup against the Boonville Lumberjacks at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds was called due to the threat of severe weather.

A makeup date has yet to be scheduled, but the Lumberjacks visit the Rapids on July 18 and July 26.

Watertown visits the Glens Falls Dragons for a game at East Field slated for 7 p.m. The Rapids are scheduled to return home to host the Oneonta Outlaws at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
