BELPRE — A change is coming to the 92nd annual Belpre Homecoming which will celebrate again this year at Civitan Park with the addition of an extra day. The festival has traditionally been a three-day event for many years but, this year, organizers have decided to add an additional day.

It is going to feel like a bit of a long week as we will be looking at the chance of showers and storms throughout the week. However, we do need more rain here in the Mid-Ohio Valley and throughout West Virginia as drought conditions persist.
