What will happen is....they will purchase a home in the City limits and have a family member or someone close to them to purchase a home for them in a completely different neighborhood....possibly a gated community. Most of these politicians who grew up in the projects or around them will find ways to hide it. I believe the requirements should be 4 to 6 years....2 is not long enough!!!!
