Art of Wine to return to CVA

WAUSAU – The Center for the Visual Arts in downtown Wausau will host its annual fundraising event, Art of Wine, on Sept. 14, and tickets are now on sale.

This event is a popular fundraiser that supports the programs provided to the community, including the CVA’s free art galleries, school of art for children and adults, scholarship funds, and its gift shop, which supports Wisconsin-based artists.

The event itself will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the CVA, 427 N. Fourth St.

This year’s event will also feature live art demonstrations throughout the building. Attendees have the opportunity to watch artists at work and buy the art created that evening.

Tickets can be purchased at cvawausau.org under the “Events” tab. Single and couple admissions are available. There are a limited number of tickets.
