NCHC names new director of human resources

WAUSAU – North Central Health Care announced in July Marnie Bredlau has joined the organization as director of human resources.

Bredlau brings with her 22 years of experience in human resources, with more than 10 years serving as a human resources leader in the central Wisconsin area. In her role, Bredlau will also serve as a member of the senior leadership team, providing a strategic vision for the organization.

“Marnie is a great asset to our NCHC team. She has a deep understanding of hiring challenges unique to our central Wisconsin area and has worked in human resources in a variety of fields, including retail, manufacturing, banking and healthcare,” said Gary Olsen, executive director of NCHC. “This experience coupled with her strategic vision and expertise in human resources will be instrumental in helping NCHC reach our strategic goals.”

Bredlau holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
