CADOTT — Wade Asher, Chippewa Valley Music Festivals general manager, was upbeat about how well the 2024 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days went last week, with large crowds showing up each day. DOOR COUNTY (WLUK) -- The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources issued an Air Quality Advisory that includes several Northeast Wisconsin counties on Sunday, August 25. The counties included in the advisory are Door, Kenosha, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine and Sheboygan. All of the counties are along the Lake Michigan coastline.

Hingiss Park restrooms closed indefinitely due to repeated vandalism
KIEL (WLUK) -- The restrooms at Hingiss Park in Kiel will be closed until further notice due to vandalism. Police say over the past week, on multiple occasions, it was reported hand toweling was stuffed down the toilet. In one instance, the hand toweling was forced so far down that certified professionals were needed to properly clear the toilet.
Missing windsurfer in Green Bay found safe
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Green Bay say a windsurfer who was reported to be missing Sunday night was found safe and returned to his family uninjured. According to a release from the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, a 22-year-old man was reported missing by his family at 8:30 p.m. after he had gone windsurfing on the waters of Green Bay and had not yet returned home.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - A Green Bay homeowner was alerted by her neighbors on Sunday that her garage was on fire. Just after 4 p.m. on Sunday, the Green Bay Metro Fire Department responded to a garage fire in the 1400 block of Farlin Avenue. At the scene they found an attached garage with smoke coming out of it.
