Cocktail of the Week: Lemon Cake Cocktail

This week’s featured cocktail is both tangy and creamy, a perfect sipper for cooler late summer evenings. This is an original recipe from The Palms Supper Club, and was created by Penny Borchardt.

Cocktail of the Week: Lemon Cake Cocktail

• 3 oz. RumChata Limon
• 1 oz. Limoncello
• Lemon peel, for garnish

Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Measure the liquids into a shaker to combine and pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon peel, then serve and enjoy.
