Cocktail of the Week: Lemon Blueberry Fizz

Bright and refreshing, the Lemon Blueberry Fizz combines the tang of lemon with sweet blueberry and splash of Sprite for a cocktail that’s as vibrant as it is delicious. This is an original recipe from The Palms Supper Club, and was created by Penny Borchardt.

Cocktail of the Week: Lemon Blueberry Fizz

• 1 1/2 oz. Ketel Citron
• 1/2 oz. Blueberry syrup
• 1 oz. Sweet & sour mix
• Sprite
• Slice of lemon, for garnish

Fill a highball glass with ice, measure the liquids and top with soda. Garnish with a slice or two of freshly cut lemon, then serve and enjoy.
