I’ve been to many Wausau City Council meetings when decisive contentious issues were discussed. Remember the Frantz development fiasco? But I’ve never seen

Any council members act like they did on Tuesday! It’s an embarrassment for the city.

Doesn’t the Council have ANY members with morals and ethics? They literally shouted down an elected Mayor who had every right to give an explanation about a change to the agenda. Citizens in the audience, many have never attended a council meeting, were appalled at the members behavior.

It’s time for Wausau residents to start paying attention to what Wausau City Council has been doing. Have you seen your water bill lately? If you aren’t interested, then the residents of this beautiful city are part of the problem.

It’s time for the entire Council to be replaced and several staff removed. The sooner the better. 2026 is right around the corner!
