    Fulton common pleas

    Todd Plassman Jr., 36, Wauseon, appeared for sentencing on a charge of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for three years with conditions, including that he complete the SEARCH program.

    Logan Zahner, 28, Metamora, appeared for sentencing on a charge of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that he complete the batterer’s intervention program and serve eight days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio (CCNO) with credit for six days served in jail while his case was pending. He also will be placed on TAD monitoring for 60 days after his release from CCNO. Two counts of strangulation, third- and fourth-degree felonies; and a charge of abduction, a third-degree felony, were dismissed as part of the plea negotiations.

    Christopher Honsberger, 32, Archbold, pleaded guilty to improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.

    Garrett Aden, 22, 847 Deerwood Drive, Defiance, pleaded not guilty to attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony; and two counts of menacing by stalking, each a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 24 and his personal-recognizance was continued with a no-contact provision.

    Mark Allen, 55, Toledo, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault, a second-degree felony; two counts of strangulation, third- and fourth-degree felonies; and domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 24 and he was given a personal-recognizance.

    Donald Clagg, 46, Toledo, pleaded not guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony; theft, a fourth-degree; and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 24 and he was given a personal-recognizance. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 24 and his bond was continued.

    Matthew Ducap, 31, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 30 and his bond was continued.

    Michael Fouty, 71, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 27 and his bond was continued.

    Chelsie Hartman, 34, Bowling Green, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault, a second-degree felony; attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony; two counts of domestic violence, one a fourth-degree felony, the other a first-degree misdemeanor; and two counts of strangulation, third- and fourth-degree felonies. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 27 and she was given a personal-recognizance.

    Ronald Kruizenga Jr., 33, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 16 and his bond was continued.

    Eduardo Lara Jr., 51, Archbold, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, a third-degree felony; and assault, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 21 and bond was set at $50,000.

    Adelina Rosalez, 22, 209 Lancelot Drive, Defiance, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 27 and bond was set at $25,000.

    Travis Schoenitz, 34, Delta, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault, a second-degree felony; assault; and domestic violence. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 16 and his bond was continued.
