    James Paige, 19, Wauseon, appeared for sentencing on a charge of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that he serve three days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, pay a $500 fine and make $30 restitution

    Shawn Quigley, 53, Fayette, pleaded guilty to trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony; theft, a fourth-degree felony; and criminal damaging or endangering, a second-degree misdemeanor. The trespass in a habitation charge was amended from burglary, a second-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing is scheduled for March 28.

    Erica Gomez, 35, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), each a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of endangering children, each a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 10 and her bond was continued.

    Adelina Rosalez, 23, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 27 and bond was set at $25,000.
