hate when this happens. his friend knew he was drunk. I'm sure the friend has driven drunk with him in the car as well. the last thing a friend would want is for their friend to be charged with murder. maybe we need to start a DUI friend waiver that would request no charges be filed on their behalf. dude feels awful enough as it is and we think Society needs to make him PAY even more.
