A New York state motorcycle driver and a passenger were seriously injured Sunday in a crash on Route 660 in Tioga County, Pa., about five miles south of Mansfield.

Pennsylvania State Police said a 2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide driven by Jeremy M. Bowman-Sheltz, 37, of Waverly, N.Y. crashed at approximately 11 a.m. on a curved section of Route 660, about 550 feet east of Mack Road in the town of Covington.

Mansfield-based troopers said Bowman-Sheltz and a female passenger on the bike, also from Waverly, sustained serious injuries in the crash. Both were taken to Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre by Mansfield Fire Department ambulances.

The conditions of Bowman-Sheltz and the other injured person were not available.
