    Police ID man found dead on Railroad Avenue in Suffolk

    SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police have identified a man found dead near train tracks in Suffolk on Wednesday.

    Police found the body around 4:25 p.m. in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue. Police identified the man on Thursday as 64-year-old Timothy Jerome Everett, of Suffolk.

    Police are still investigating the cause and manner of his death. In the meantime they’re asking anyone who’s been in contact with Everett recently to give them a call.
