Norfolk Human Services to host Resource Block Party

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk’s Department of Human Services is set to host a Resource Block Party Monday morning.

The event is scheduled to take place at 741 Monticello Avenue from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and aims to help people connect with available resources, including City services, education and employment, senior services, mental health, food insecurity and children’s services.

Attendees will be able to enjoy food and music, all while engaging with organization representatives.

The event is free and open to the public.
