WEST PLAINS, Mo. (KY3) - A little girl is safe, and charges have been filed against a man who abducted his daughter in Howell County, Mo., on Tuesday evening. The abduction led to an amber alert and a frantic search that ended thanks to the quick action of a business owner.
Missouri S&T launches innovation ecosystem design initiative
Dr. Venkat Allada, professor of engineering management and systems engineering, has been named executive director of the Innovation Ecosystem Design Initiative, a one-year project organized and launched by the Kummer College of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Allada’s appointment took effect July 1.

Keystone Construction Company, in tandem with architect Gray Design Group and civil engineer Stock & Associates, have been selected to build a $60 million sports complex just west of St. Louis, Mo. that is said to be one of the biggest in the Midwest.
