CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - After a fatal shooting in Forest Park, a stabbing on the Red Line Monday was the second violent incident on the CTA in one day, after a fatal shooting in Forest Park.

Red Line trains were stopping at Wilson Tuesday morning with no signs of the stabbing that, Chicago police said, happened at around 1:15 p.m. Monday, following a fight between two passengers.

Police said a 37-year-old went to the hospital initially in critical condition.  No one is in custody.

There is a suspect in custody in the fatal shooting of four passengers on a Blue Line train in Forest Park. Police in that western suburb said all four were in the same car and appeared to have been sleeping when they were shot at around 5:30 a.m.

Police arrested a suspect on a Pink Line train and recovered a weapon.

Earlier this morning, the Cook County Medical Examiner released some information regarding the Blue Line shooting.

The office said the victims are three men and a woman. One of the men is 52-years-old. The woman is 64.

Just remember when your city stops getting tourists, it's because you and your people gave up on the city and gave it to the gangs and let it get run over by the criminals . The once famous city of the windy city is no longer the beautiful city but the crime city of the world..
