Teen girl among 4 shot on South Side, police say

CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - A teenager was among those wounded in a Back of the Yards quadruple shooting.

Chicago Police responded to a shots fired call at a business near 51st and Laflin, shortly before 8:30 p.m. Monday.

The victims said they were inside when they heard gunshots and a window breaking.

A 57-year-old woman was shot in the hand, a 48-year-old woman was shot in the arm, a 29-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the neck and a 13-year-old girl was shot in the lower back.

All four were transported to hospitals and are said to be in fair or good condition.

So far, no arrests have been made.
