    71-year-old woman killed in rollover crash in Cambria

    Cambria, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 71-year-old woman from Niagara Falls is dead following a rollover crash in the Town of Cambria on Sunday. The crash happened at the intersection of Lower Mountain Road and Baer Road around 3 p.m. ET.

    The victim was riding in the back seat of a 2009 Ford pickup truck when the driver of the vehicle failed to stop for a stop sign. A 2006 Mercury was entering the intersection from Lower Mountain Road when it struck the pickup, causing the rollover.

    The 71-year-old was victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while two others in the vehicle were taken to Erie County Medical Center with injuries.

    The driver of the Mercury was taken to ECMC by Mercy Flight with a severe leg injury. Two others went to the hospital.

    The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says the crash is under investigation.
