    Buffalo Police seize guns, cocaine in raids on Copeland Place and Hertel Avenue

    Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police seized multiple firearms, cocaine and more than $14,000 in cash during raids on Copeland Place and Hertel Avenue last Wednesday, Aug. 21.

    Three loaded guns, including a 12 gauge shotgun, a 44 Magnum revolver and Glock pistol, as well as ammo were recovered. 730 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia were also seized.

    Andre Parsons, 40, of Buffalo, faces multiple felonies, including one count each of first and third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second degree criminal possession of a weapon.

    Parsons also faces misdemeanor charges of fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

    The Buffalo Police Narcotics Unit, SWAT, HSI and the DEA assisted in the raids.
