Yorkshire, N.Y. (WBEN) - New York State Police has released the names of three of the four victims of Friday's fatal fire in the Town of Yorkshire in Cattaraugus County.

The Erie County Medical Examiner’s Office has positively identified the bodies of Faith M. Cook, 12-years-old, Tonya S. Cook, 15-years-old, and Kristina M. Kipfer, 36-years-old. Work is still ongoing to positively identify the fourth and final victim of the fatal fire at the Cook family home on Creek Road.

The single family residence caught fire in the early morning hours on Friday, where State Police say the only living survivor of the fire, 18-year-old James T. Cook, was able to make the initial call to emergency responders at around 2:11 a.m. ET.

Troopers say they're working with the Pioneer Central School District on the status of the investigation. It is believed that some of the victims attended schools in the district.

While still an active investigation, State Police add the cause of the fire has been deemed non-criminal.
