Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo police responded to a gun call Sunday morning on Moselle Street.

Officers say the suspect forced a man and woman into his vehicle at gunpoint. He stole the woman's cell phone to prevent her from calling for help.

The man then drove to a youth football game off Koons Avenue, where officers say he robbed two additional victims, taking another woman's cell phone and attempting to steal a man's chains.

During the altercation, the suspect fired at the man, hitting him twice. He then fled the scene in the vehicle with the first woman still inside.

When officers arrived near Sycamore Street and Koons, the suspect attempted to escape, but crashed the vehicle in reverse on Koons Avenue.

Officers responding to the scene recovered a loaded Springfield Armory XD at the crash site.

29-year-old Rashaan Mallory now faces multiple charges, including felony attempted murder, kidnapping and robbery. He was on parole at the time of the incidents.
