Pedestrian dead after fatal accident in NT Walmart parking lot

North Tonawanda, N.Y. (WBEN)- Police are investigating a fatal accident involving a pedestrian in the North Tonawanda Walmart parking lot.

Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 3:15 p.m. ET after receiving multiple reports of a person struck and pinned underneath a vehicle.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No charges were filed against the driver.

Walmart remains closed until further notice.
