    Buffalo, ,N.Y. (WBEN) - The Erie County Sheriff's Office announced on Wednesday the recent arrest of three individuals following separate investigations by the Narcotics and Intelligence Unit. The arrests led to a significant seizures of cocaine, fentanyl, meth, drug paraphernalia and illegal weapons.

    The first case saw 35-year-old Dellsean Hamilton of Buffalo arrested following a month-long investigation led by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) Narcotics and Intelligence Unit.

    The ECSO Narcotics and Intelligence Unit initiated an investigation into fentanyl sales by the well-known serial offender. The FBI Safe Streets Task Force and the Buffalo Police Department Intelligence Unit assisted in the arrest.

    Just before 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Hamilton was observed by law enforcement exiting his residence located on Poplar Avenue, walking to the corner of Walden Avenue and Poplar, where he sold suspected cocaine and fentanyl to another individual. Hamilton then walked back to his residence.

    A short time later, Hamilton was observed exiting his residence and entering a vehicle that he rented and departed the area. Hamilton was stopped a short time later in the vicinity of Walden Avenue and Fillmore Avenue and taken into custody.

    At approximately 3:30 p.m. ET, officers executed an Erie County Search Warrant at the residence on Poplar Avenue, where officers recovered a loaded Taurus 9mm handgun, scales with suspected drug residue, and drug packaging materials.

    Hamilton was placed in the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in Buffalo City Court.

    As Deputies were continuing to investigate Hamilton, information was developed that led officers to believe that Hamilton had drugs secreted at the residence Poplar Avenue. At approximately 10:45 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Erie County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Intelligence Unit personnel executed an additional search warrant, where officers recovered approximately ¾ of a kilogram of suspected fentanyl, and approximately ¼ kilogram of suspected cocaine.

    Back on Oct. 1 this year, while conducting interviews of potential suspects and/or witnesses, it was determined that Hamilton’s mother survived an overdose the previous week on drugs he/she purchased from Hamilton.

    "To show the disregard that this individual has for the people that are users, his own mother overdosed on his product and she survived. For His own mother to overdose on his product, he does not care about the people that he's selling these drugs to," Erie County Sheriff John Garcia stated.

    As a result of this investigation, Hamilton was charged with the following:

    - Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree/Narcotic Drug 8 oz or more (Class "A-1" felony);
    - Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug/Intent to Sell (Class "B" felony);
    - Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree/Loaded Firearm (Class "C" felony);
    - Two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree (Class "A" misdemeanor).

Burgos-Ramos was taken into custody without incident.

    At approximately 3:05 p.m. ET, the ECSO SWAT Team executed the search warrant for the residence on Fougeron Street. Approximately ¾ of a kilogram of cocaine and drug paraphernalia were located.

    My goodness. The police force earned their pay today and yesterday !! That Hamilton dude... damn he's dirty!! If he sells to and doesn't care about his own mother, he doesn't care about anyone!! I hope the kids weren't traumatized by the searches that went on in their homes. That's crazy they were living amongst all of that! Thank God they didn't find the guns or even the drugs to use. Therapy will be needed.
